Destined 4 Dignity Organization, Inc. offers flexible, tailored services and support through a person-centered planning process to implement wants and needs established within each consumer’s service support plan.
We serve consumers aged 18-65 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, down syndrome, epilepsy, and/or cerebral palsy. Consumers requiring a GI tube, IV connections, and/or mental health disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, etc.) are excluded from the consumer population served by D4D. We will consider individuals outside these diagnoses on a case-by-case basis.
